You earn rewards by creating a rewards account with Via 313 and placing an order!
Mobile app & online orders: To earn rewards, log into your Via 313 account on the app or website and start ordering online to earn rewards. For every $1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 point.
For online orders, please ensure that you have logged into your account.
Dine-In orders: When ordering in-restaurant, you can tap “Rewards” in the app and then “Scan Rewards Card” to present a QR code to your server to scan to start earning.
When you achieve enough reward points you’ll unlock available offers. You can choose to use one of those offers or wait until you’ve earned more points to use a higher-level offer!
Your points expire after 90 days! Make sure to use your rewards while you can!
Note: when you redeem a loyalty reward received at a rewards milestone (100, 200, 300, 400, or 500 points) it will deplete your total balance accordingly.
You will also see other available offers in your account that are not just rewards based. These will not use your points and are automatically added to your available offers.
You can only redeem one offer at a time during one transaction.

You’ll see different offers and rewards added to your account throughout the year, including a birthday reward, 3.13 Day, and more!
You can also opt in for push notifications or text messages to make sure you stay in the know about upcoming promotions or limited time offers.
Make sure you have the most recent update downloaded.

Unfortunately, once an online or in app order has been submitted, we can’t change the order through a digital channel. We do advise you call the restaurant where you placed the order for the most immediate response.
