Can we rent the trailers?
Our trailers are not food trucks, so they are not mobile units. We do offer full service event packages, however, and can still bring fresh hot pizza to your event!
What type of pizza is it?
Detroit-style pizza is known for its rectangular shape and sauce across the top. Baked in a heavy pan similar to the auto parts trays found in Detroit in the 1940's, the light, focaccia-like dough develops a golden crunch on the bottom. On top, cheese is spread to the very edge, so you can enjoy every bit... right to your fingertips. Sauce is ladled on just before serving, ensuring the cheese and dough crisp up perfectly during the bake.
Is your dough made fresh every day?
Our dough is carefully prepped and then allowed to go through a final, slowed rising process in our refrigerators for one to two days before it's used. This extended rise brings added flavor to our dough.
